Strategy 1
Converting 3-4 bed houses into houses of multiple occupation (HMOs)
for 6+ professional tenants. Using specific search techniques, we identify
under-developed locations for our HMO’s where we can create solid
rentals. Capital growth from redevelopment and refinancing ensures our
investors enjoy high returns.
Strategy 2
Purchasing properties below market value through our trusted sources.
We renovate the properties to a high standard to increase its value. Our
properties are then tenanted, adding an extra income stream. We then
refinance the properties to release the added equity allowing our
investors to be paid back in full plus the agreed interest.
Strategy 3
Buying commercial properties with residential accommodation above
them. The commercial units are rented out to local businesses and the
residential units are refurbished to a high standard, then marketed to
contractors, professionals or students, dependant on the needs within
the local area.
